Shipping Policy

At Dirty Paws, we understand that you're eager to start giving your furry friend the premium bathing experience they deserve. That's why we're committed to fast, reliable shipping on every order.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders:

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please Note:

International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1pm EST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Returns & Refunds

We're confident you'll love our products, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also accept returns of opened products if they didn't work for your dog's specific needs or if you received a damaged or defective item.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@dirtypaws.com or call us at (800) 555-7890 to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and note your RMA number.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund your full purchase price. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
